Carbon Steels
Carbon Steels offers a selection optimized for diverse applications. C45 steel/1045 steel is a medium-carbon steel known for its strength and hardness, making it ideal for mechanical components. On the other hand, 1018 steel is a mild low-carbon steel, popular for its excellent weldability and machinability. Both steels showcase the versatility and reliability expected from high-quality carbon steels.

Applications
1018 steel is a carbon steel that is commonly used in a variety of industrial applications. It is also known as low carbon steel, as it contains only 0.18% of carbon, which makes it a relatively soft and ductile metal. This type of steel is often used for parts that require moderate strength and toughness, such as gears, axles, studs, bolts, and couplings. It is also used in the manufacturing of machinery and equipment, such as machine parts and tools.
